These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LoadexAi’s app and services at loadex.ai ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You may use the Service only as allowed by these Terms and applicable laws. Using the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes is prohibited. You must not violate any laws, including copyright laws, while using the Service.
You may submit, upload, or share content like text, images, or videos ("Content") through the Service. You keep all rights to your Content and are responsible for it.
Some features require an account. You must protect your account with a strong password and limit its use. LoadexAi is not responsible for any loss or damage if you fail to secure your account.
LoadexAi may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. To end your agreement or account, you can stop using the Service.
LoadexAi uses OAuth in our Chrome extension and web app to connect with email providers (e.g., Google, Microsoft). When you send an email, we may request:
We do not send emails or access signatures without your action. We do not store or share your email content or recipient information without your permission. You can revoke permissions anytime through your email provider’s settings.
You are responsible for having the right to send emails through our Service. LoadexAi is not liable for any damages caused by sending emails. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and follow all applicable laws. LoadexAi may terminate your access if you violate these Terms. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy and these Terms.
LoadexAi may change the Service or these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
